Essay One Architecture in Stadscahiers
In the 2008-2009 issue of the dutch urban renewal magazine Stadscahiers, Matthijs Bouw writes about the change of tasks, responsibilities and possibilities in One Architectures practice.
In his introduction to the book, Arie Langkeek puts the essay forward as an example of the shift of the architects’ focus from institutions to individual parties. He emphasizes the role of the architecture practice as a mediator between users, program, client and the eventual spatial image.
