In Dordrecht, the municipal government has decided to take up and explore One Architecture’s proposal to set up a Development Company for Culture at the new Stadswerven.
The first phase of the project consisted of formulating the programmatic, organizational and urbanistic framework for the development of cultural functions and business in the central zone of the former dockland area, while keeping the monumental industrial architecture. During the second phase, One Architecture will help to formulate the business plan, which effectively gives the cultural sector in Dordrecht a more direct stake in their city and which makes new programs possible.
