Together with Noël van Dooren, Tauw and the Holland Railconsult, One Architecture is developing strategies for more effective usage of sand and soil.
In this project for a typical Dutch site, a beautiful landscape with very interesting height differences resulted through the unusual use of sand and soil.
This unique Dutch landscape promises a great diversity in building, especially housing and leisure facilities.
At the moment we are researching the actual potential of different layouts.
